Terms of Service

By engaging in business collaborations, you agree to comply with, but are not limited to the following terms:

1. Certification and Compliance: All products must adhere to relevant international certification and compliance standards (CE, RoHS, etc); Customers shall provide technical documents for customization projects, including lighting specifications, material requirements, application details, and safety data sheets where applicable; ROCKON reserves the right to conduct compliance testing prior to mass production to ensure alignment with agreed standards. 2. Project Development Process: Briefing (Submit technical requirements, including lighting performance (luminous efficacy, color temperature, color render index), regulatory constraints, and application environment); Prototyping (Prototype sample will be provided for customer approval); Validation (Compliance with agreed standard); Production (Lead time in 30-60 days following final approval and payment confirmation). 3. Payment Terms: T/T full payment before production. 4. Quality Assurance: Defect Claims (Must be notified within 14 days of delivery with batch verification detail and third-party inspection report); Remedies (Including re-production of defective units or a prorated refund based on quantity); Exclusions (Variations within ±5% for component specifications, luminous efficiency, CCT, CRI, material characteristics shall not be considered defects). 5. Early Termination: By ROCKON (Material breach of safety protocol); By Client (Full payment if mold created). 6. Law and Dispute: Jurisdiction (Court of Guangzhou); Arbitration (CIETAC). 7. Amendments: Notice via: (1) Client portal notifications; (2) Email alerts.
